Shipping Rates and Policies
All products are shipped to you via UPS or US Postal Service (media mail where authorized) within 48 hours of receipt of your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard rates based on weight of the item and your location apply to UPS shipments.
BrainSkills and The Gibson Test of BrainSkills are internet access programs and incur no shipping fees. Please see those product descriptions regarding multiple purchase discounts and return policy practices. These items will not present in your shopping cart, but rather will be purchased through a link to the program web site. PAYPAL is accepted.
USPS items are listed accordingly, and the price includes the shipping and handling. Our shopping cart will calculate the amount for you prior to final purchase so that you know exactly what your charges will be. If you order an item that is to be shipped UPS in conjunction with an item normally sent via USPS, both will be mailed together, but you will not have additional weight for the USPS item added into the shipping calculation. Please see our products page for our policy on returned items.
DVDs, Blink, Quiddler, ROCK, SET, SET Cubed, all our books, RightStart Math products, as well as the CANDO Cubes Phonics program are sent via United Postal Service and the cost of shipping is included in the price. If you are visiting our site from outside the US, please contact us at thebraintrainers@comcast.net for a quote for shipping and handling.
