The On-line BrainSkills Core Cognitive Skill Exercise Program is based upon Dr. Gibson’s successful clinical program.
There are ten different online cognitive skill exercises. Each exercise has multiple levels and addresses the following cognitive skills: attention, processing speed, working and long term memory, visualization, auditory processing and logic and reasoning. These brain exercises provide a structured format to train your brain and improve how your brain processes information. The exercises are like fitness equipment—they provide the tools for your workout, but you must devote sufficient time, consistency and intensity to your workout to see results. We recommend one hour per day, five days a week for a minimum of 12-15 weeks. Students may want to continue longer depending upon how weak their skills were initially and how far they have progressed. Results may vary by student.
Below is a link to a demo to three of the exercises which only shows a few levels to give you a feel for how the online exercises work. The full exercises entail a much greater diversity of challenges. Please note that a student would start at a level where they can succeed and progressively build their skills until they can handle the harder levels. The exercises are fun and challenging and will build significantly stronger cognitive skills that result is easier and faster learning.
